my Dell insperon will not open any web site it is connected to sky broadband wireless, but says in the network sharing center that its is an unindentified network can any one help ??? please..

Are all filters fitted?A friend lost his internet connection and the cause was a sky engineer not fitting a filter. The second sky engineer could not understand why a filter was not fitted as it is such an easy and is a standard procedure when installing Sky!
