You can use windows performance analyzer to view the "etl" file.  You can get that by following the download instructions here.  Or you can upload it and we will be happy to take a look

In order to diagnose your problem we need to run Windows performance toolkit the instructions for which can be found in this wiki
If you have any questions feel free to ask
Please run the trace when you are experiencing the problem

There are no 2 folders for just network, or just internet.  There are literally dozens of folders for networking under applications & services log>Microsoft.  Each component of networking basically has its own folder.  The best place to find networking issues is under windows log>system

thanks ,

I just checked and I see there is dozens of folders ,  but can you tell me which folder is the best for common internet problems , and which folders is the best for common network problems?

2- I have new provider every time my internet goes down after a while , I called them and I see after resetting the modem the connection comes back but after closing the computer and opening again the conection goes down again .  so I have to reset the modem evrytime to get internet connection.

I ping 127.0.0.1  it is ok .  I ping gateway 192.168.0.x  it is ok . I run tracert to dns server ,it gives  a message the server is unreachable .   so now they wil send someone . this modem is new I doubt from the modem what do you thing?

Best is windows logs>system

When you ping 127.0.0.1 & 192.168.0.x you are ping local IP'S that are on your machine so of course they will work.  If you get dns host unreachable that will show in windows logs>system.  I would be happy to help you walk you through some trouble shooting if you like

Please download the app>run it>upload the output file to onedrive or any other file sharing service  http://1drv.ms/1FGQ0lU
Please type each of these into an elevated command prompt after you have run the above and saved the file

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

Exit

You need to put it in your post.  We cannot "see" anything on your onedrive unless you tell us where it is by putting that link in your post.

Got it and from what I can tell your wifi appears to be configured correctly.  Are you still having a problem?  did you run the netsh commands from my above post?

From the bits that are in English it appears you are using your router for DHCP and I assume that is what your ISP told you to do.

You do appear to have a licensing issue

Hi,

Thanks for marking answer. We really appreciate your time and efforts. Hope your experience will help other community members facing similar problems. , if your need further support about your driver issue, you could open a new thread and let all forum users help you.

MVP ZigZags commands helped you refreshing your network settings and TCP/IP stack. So seems like your network configuration is good to go.

You could check your devices from Windows device manager, the device without a driver installed properly which has a yellow mark on that.

Since Windows doesnt check with manufacturers for driver updates. Youd be surprised how often these can change. It is a good habit that to keep device driver and system update up to date, it keeps your device working perfectly and good compatibility with your system.

D. Wu
