Only solution I see for you is from the Advanced Firewall config. To access it please follow these steps: Control Panel Windows Firewall Advanced Settings Connection Security Rules There is no other place I can see to do this in Windows Vista/7. Hmmm what company is the website through and what port is it running on? Is it using IIS or Apache etc? Do you have any 3rd party firewalls? Is this website based on the net actually? If so can you access other websites? If its a website hosted on your local machine then its the localhost (127.0.0.1) address that you will be accessing it with which means you need to have access to your 127.0.0.1.
