Hi,
Did the issue happen only for you or for multiple users?
Please try to do the following steps:
- On the phone, press the Menu button, select Switch User, and then press the button to answer Yes.
- After you have signed out of the phone, power it down, either by unplugging the network cable from the phone or disconnecting the power cable.
- Unplug the USB cable from the phone.
- Reboot your computer.
- Log back onto your Windows computer, but do not start Microsoft Outlook.
- Start Microsoft Lync.
- Power up the phone.
- Once booted up, the phone will display this question: "Do you have a computer available to simplify setup and enable all features on this phone?" Press the button to answer Yes.
- Connect the USB cable to your phone.
- On your computer, a window associated with Lync should appear, indicating that logon information is needed. Enter the following:
- For "Sign-in address", type your sign-in address
- For "Password", type your Network ID
passphrase.
- Click OK.
- On your phone, the sign-in process should proceed. Once it completes, you will be prompted to enter a phone-unlock PIN. Enter a 6-digit PIN of your choice, and then press Next. Re-enter the PIN, and press Done.
- Press Next to confirm the rest of your phone preferences (time zone, date/time formats, and ring tone).
- Press Done.
- At this point, you can start Outlook.
- Wait for about 5 minutes and check the issue.
If the issue persists, please try to reset the Polycom and make sure Polycom CX600 update to the latest firmware and then test again.
Best Regards,
Eason Huang
