Hi, i recently couldn't connect to the internet anymore. Upon opening the vista network center you could see that the connection was 'limited'. After a lot of troubleshooting i found the culprit, this windows update: MS08-038 Important: Vulnerability in Windows Explorer Could Allow Remote Code Execution (950582) After uninstalling the update my network/internet connection worked again. So, MS-guys please find out what's wrong witht his update and fix it. my setup: windows vista ultimate 32bit - dutch pc connected via ethernet cable between nforce ethernet controllerand USR Sureconnect ADSL wireless gateway Oddly enough surfing wirelessly posed no problem. I connected an usb wifi-receiver and with that i did get a full network/internet connection. Kris
