Recently, we discovered a few computers not being able to copy and paste from folders locally and over a network share. We can copy and paste in programs like word excel, such as the text. Can drag and drop okay though. Keyboard shortcuts don't work as well. This is effecting files and folders mostly.

Few things we tried so far that does not work either:

Logged in as a local administrator
Uninstalled Antivirus
Disable GPO and Local Sec Policy
Internet explorer cleared cached

Have you made any modifications to the machine before? Have you got any error code or error messages when you try to copy files? Are there any related error messages recorded in the Event Viewer(Event Viewer\Windows Logs\Application, System)?
According to your description, this issue seems to have nothing to do with the specific account.
In addition to Kapil-Arya suggestions, we also could run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to check the health of the system files. To troubleshoot whether this issue is caused by the third party service, we could try to perform a clean boot to have a check.

If the issue occurred recently, we can perform a system restore to recover the machine to a previous normal point.
