I recently installed the Family Safety sotware on my Son's PC (XP Home SP3) where I am an aministrator user. I signed in to windows live and tried to add his existing Live account as a 'child' to mine. I got an error message saying I needed to change his account settings to do this but when I login to his account I have been unable to get these to load at all. I get the same problem when I try to amend my own Live acccount also. Can anybody offer any pearls of wisdom?
