You cannot bypass the UAC prompt on a per-application basis. That would, essentially, defeat the whole purpose. You can, however, configure the system with Group Policy to automatically elevate (and not show the prompt), but this is a system-wide setting, so you would normally only do so if you also configure the system to run only signed, trusted applications.
