jeniece, you have asked a question which it is impossible for ANYBODY to answer! You should check to verify that Windows 7 compatible device drivers are available for the TV tuner you have or plan to purchase, of course, but beyond that the specific tuner which suits you best depends upon what you, personally, wish to do with it. There are a wide range of different TV tuner types available in the marketplace, and as a consumer you need to do your 'consumer homework' in relation to which type of tuner suits your needs best. It's not a matter of which make/model is best to purchase, because not all TV tuners are the same type of thing. If your PC is a desktop machine then an add-in TV Tuner card might suit you best. You then need to determine whether you need an analogue tuner, a digital tuner, or a combination tuner which can handle both types of transmission signal. You also need to determine if you wish to use a 'single tuner' card or a 'dual tuner' card. (A dual tuner card allows you to record one station whilst watching a different station.)These question also apply if you instead decide that a USB-connected tuner suits your usage purposes better. A vague question such as you have posted cannot lead to helpful information. Decide which type of TV tuner suits your purposes best. Then investigate the different makes/models of that type of tuner vendors are offering for sale. Then google up hardware reviews for those makes/models of tuner, to help inform your purchasing decision!Cheers. I hope that is helpful to you.

As Techwrighter says it depends on what suits your needs. I can tell you that I am using two Hauppauge HVT 2250 cards that work very well with Windows 7, both x64 and x86.

You need to buy a TV add-in card, install it, and connect it to your cable service, antenna, etc. Which card is best? Sorry I have no idea. I have no experience with these. Someone else can probably recommend one. Ken Blake
