tune up utilies 2011 help
my dad used tune up utilies 2011 on my brothers e machine and now he is have issues with FPs he plays wow on it and gets like 4 fps and on the desktop he gets 8 fps and before he had 30fps while talking on the phone with him i had him do a system restore but it said no changes where made so i could use some help to fix this allso useing the program he restored settings then uninstalled it but still no fix1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi,1. How are you measuring the FPS?2. Are you playing a game or a video?To update the Display card driver, follow these steps:a. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click System. b. Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.d. Click Display adapters to expand.e. Double-click the entry for your display card, and then click the Driver tab.f.
