trying to open a window recieve same message
"Open AL32.dll is misssing from your computer". Try and reinstall program. Have reinstalled numerous times, recieve the same message when trying to open the program. What does that mean and what do I do?

What is the program you installed? It may be not compatible with Windows 7. You may try to run the program in Windows Vista or Windows XP compatible mode. Also run it as administrator. If the issue persists, you may need to contact the publisher of the program to ask if there is any patches required. Arthur Xie - MSFT
