We have a problem with 3 pc's : Surface 3 windows 8.1, Lenovo YOga  windows 8.1, HP Spectre windows 8.1. 

We have servers 2008 with active directory, exchange  and RDP services up.  

When using Outlook (Office 2010) and the windows search we have a error message and the windows search in Outlook doesn't work anymore.

Whit another pc's it works.

The only thing that are the same for the 3 pc's it's that they are tactile.

Please give us more details about your issue, do you have any issues when using Windows search/Remote desktop (windows 8.1 charm bar on right side of desktop)?

If you are facing issues when using Windows search feature please provide us the details about the error.

Since this forum is community about Windows 8.1 system, if you mean you have this issue when using search feature in outlook/office, Id suggest that we post at outlook/office forum. There you can get more effective suggestion by other experts who familiar with design of them. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

The problem is when i started a rdp connection with my laptop windows 8.1 to a session in a serveur 2008 R2, the windows search crash. It made the same with the search in Outlook. 

I must close my session because windows search is down.

To Acces to the windows search in this session, another person must connect with his laptop (not mine) in the same session.  And he keep active the session. 

I reconnect with my laptop and the windows search is available.

We have this problem with 3 pc's. All the devices  works.

We have try many solutions but no way.

I have try to connect my rdp session in safe mode but i have the same problem.
