trouble with windows XP address book deletions
Why does Microsoft Outlook [I use Windows XP] delete or erase addresses in my address book? These are the ones I use every day but have not memorized causing me to have to wait until that person emails me to get their address. This is very annoying. The names even disappear in the contact list. Believe me I do not do this on my own. Is there a certain number allowed for the address book? If you do not use these addresses for a certain period do they go in a dormant file? For instance I used one yesterday adn today it will not show up when I start a new message to send. Help! 1 person needs an answerI do too
