I started having problem with the touch screen after I upgraded to windows 8.1 has soon as the lock screen comes on when you turn on the notebook.  the pointer from the mouse and touch indicator start moving back & forth really fast clicking every time it moves so its hard for me to click on what I want to look at making it almost impossible to do anything on it . also the touch screen touch indicator flashes on the screen as if you where clicking on something . if I try to us the touch screen it doesn't work if I try to click on something. thanks for the time and help

a)Press W + R Keys to launch Run menu.

b)In the blank space of Run menu type in  devmgmt.msc and hit the Enter Key to open Device Manager.

c)Right click on drivers under Human-Interface Device and select Update.

d)Reboot your system. 

You may need to 'Run hardware and Device troubleshooter'

a)Press Windows + W together.
b) Write Troubleshooting in the search box right up corner and hit enter.
c) Click on Troubleshooting tab.
d) Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
e) Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
f) Click Next to run the Hardware and Device Troubleshooter.
