Hi bothersome, · What is the version of Internet explorer installed?· Do you remember any recent changes made on your computer prior to the issue?· Have you changed the desktop theme on your computer?· Is this happening only with Internet explorer application or is this the same in Windows explorer?· Do you have any third-party toolbars installed? You may try to change the theme on your computer and check the results.
