I have changed my password due to a virrus. The ammount of charaters that are availble for logging onto, ans starting my computer,are aprox. 25 charaters. I used 17 for a new password. The start up screen only has 11 charaters available. I CAN'T LOG-ONTO MY OWN COMPUTER!!What can I do to reset it? I called and got an article # but wherer does it go, and will it even help my situation?1 person got this answerI do too
