I have changed my password due to a virrus. The ammount of charaters that are availble for logging onto, ans starting my computer,are aprox. 25 charaters. I used 17 for a new password. The start up screen only has 11 charaters available. I CAN'T LOG-ONTO MY OWN COMPUTER!!What can I do to reset it? I called and got an article # but wherer does it go, and will it even help my situation?1 person needs an answerI do too

Although the box for typing your password only displays 11 dots, you can type more than 11 characters.

As a thought, the use or non-use of a password will not prevent a virus from infecting your computer.Chuck the 80 year Old dogstill learning new tricks!
