Hi there, Can you please help me as i am in a little problem .. I have recently got a trial for Microsoft Office 2010 and as it finished downloaded i ran through the instructions and it installed. no problem. Then as some files on my documents were converted into word documents, i must have right clicked the files and clicked on something.. i didnt know at the time but when i went back on it, every file on my computer now has a RED exclamation mark on the file .. I really need help because i dont know what to do and i need the work protectedPlease reply ASAP !thanksKishanI'm not sure what you mean by getting your files "protected," but the red exclamation marks probably mean that (a) you are using Mozy to back up your files to Mozy's online archive, and (b) these files haven't been backed up since they've been changed (i.e., you changed them to doc files from whatever they were, so the Mozy software thinks it's time to backup again).
