thumbnails - Prevnt from keeping
I know how to delete thumbnails by using Disk Cleanup. What I want to know is how I can prevent IE9 or Windows 7 from keeping thumbnails in storage on my hard drive or deleting them automatically on exiting IE9. These thumbnails just keep on building-up and I have to keep cleaning the disc on a regular basis. Is there a setting I can use to have all thumbnails deleted on exiting from IE9 or is there anything else I can do. Previous versions of Windows/IE did not seem to do this.MKG11MKG

Within, Internet Explorer ---> Tools (top-right) --> Internet options ---> Under the General Tab look under the Browsing History section, you can select 'delete browsing history on exit'. As far as I know, Internet Explorer and Chrome don't let you select specific portions to delete on exit like Firefox does.A.R.

I have the automatic removal of browsing history selected (and it does remove the history on exiting) but this does not stop the thumbnails from accumulating. MKG11MKG
