there are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request after already logged on outside of the domain
Hey guys, Here is the problem. I have someone using a laptop outside of the domain (In another city). I am trying to remotely install a program on her computer but when I put the admin password in I get "There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request after already logged on." I also tried giving the person using the computer the Role of Administrator and it still didn't give her Admin privileges. Any ideas? Thanks!

Having this exact same issue with remote users and Windows 7. I have no idea how to fix this and I've halted our Windows 7 rollout to over 2000 users until this is solved. I cannot have remote users calling me constantly with this issue. The link from Chicagotech doesn't help in this situation, I'm sorry to say. Thanks.
