Hi, Firstly, please let us know the following: 1. How did you create a new user? Is it an account which belongs to administrator group or standard user group? 2. Do you receive any error message in Event Viewer? Meanwhile, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Fix a corrupted user profile. 2. Refer to this Knowledge Base Article KB947215. the user profile service service failed the logon user profile cannot be loaded - Error for only on NEW USERS... HELP Someone! I been getting this error, looked all over and found issues related to users w/ existing users but the issue Im having is for brand new users...

Try disabling User Account Control see if the users are still having issues.
