the log in screen
I have a mini HP that i have had for a little over a year. And about six months ago my windows 7 interent wouldnt work so u just used windows live. Now when i go to start windows 7 its all fine then the the blue screen come up but the picture and the place were you time your password in doesnt show up. One time i left it there for a couple hours but the it never came up. I cant login in so idk what to do .... please help me !!

In addition, are you able to restart the system and enter into the Safe Mode? What's the error message you got? Update the BIOS and the hardware device drive to the latest one to check if the BSOD happens again. If the above doesn't work, zip and upload the dump file, which shoud be located in C:\Windows\Minidump.
