Your email address been compromised, because I think your machine been infected and password stolen and somebody used your LiveID to send spam to people and they reported your account.Don't open attachment from unknown source or even from known source until you scan it first or else you will get infected and your info will be compromised as you see here with your WindowsLiveID!My advice, either forget about this account and create anew one, but you need to ask WindowsLive to close this account first and also inform your contacts by the closure and the new LiveID but after making sure your machine clean from malware and viruses.Your machine my be infected so go through these cleaning steps that will may help to eliminate your issue:1- Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and InternetConnections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties windowyou will see these Options:General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs| Advanced .Click on General Tab (1st Tab on the left) and you will see a Button called[ Clear History ..] click on it to clear your History caches, then click on[Delete Files..] to delete Internet Files created over the time, click on [Delete Cookies...] to delete your cookies left by visiting websites.= Then try to Disable the Add-Ons on your Browser somehow installed on yourbrowser, On how to disable the Add-ons follow this:Click on Programs Tab and then click the Manage Add-Ons Button there Disablethe None/Not Verified Plug-ins/Add-ons ( you need to Renable them one-by-onelater and see which is the culprit or you can send them here in your nextpost) and click [OK] to confirm your Changes. How to manage Add-Ons:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883256Click on Advanced Tab and scroll down under the browsing option make the necessary changes:[&] Browsing[ ] Enable Third Party Browser extensions Uncheck This check boxthen OK to close your IE Properties.Scan for malware from here:SuperAntispyware - Freehttp://www.superantispyware.com/superantispywarefreevspro.htmlMalwarebytes© Corporation - Anti-Malwarehttp://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exeRun a scan from here on-line:http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=symhttp://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspxDownload Avast Cleaner (offline scanner) from here:http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-virus-cleaner.htmlComodo BOClean : Anti-Malware Version 4.27http://www.comodo.com/boclean/boclean.html nass -- http://www.nasstec.co.uk
