When I turned on my HP laptop today, it wouldn't connect to the internet. I use a wireless router to connect. When I rolled over the network icon there was a msg 'the dependency service or group failed to start' What does that mean? I am not very knowledgeable with the technical side of computers. The operating system is Vista. HELP!!! Thank you
