Hi, While trying to back up my windows 8.1 system I get this error, I'm trying to install my software a little at a time, then backing it up so I can stay one step ahead in case of faults, but this is what I'm getting now Please can someone fix this?

Could we perform a backup before we installing the software? Are you backup to an external store media? Have you tried to change the location with another palce to have a check?

To achieve your goal, we just need to create a restore point manually every time without making a whole backup all the time.

To isolate a third party conflict issue, we can perfrom a clean boot to have a troubleshoot.
