Hi, Please try the following to modify the settings again and see how it works: Information about the TCP Chimney Offload, Receive Side Scaling, and Network Direct Memory Access features in Windows Server 2008 If the issue persists, please also collect the Group Policy Result from the problematic Windows 7 client: a) On your DC, run the Group Policy Result wizard to collect the data of RSOP in GPMC. b) Right click Group Policy Results---> Group Policy Results Wizard… c) Choose Another computer and point to the Windows 7 client. d) Select that problematic user account and click next to collect the group policy result data. For your convenience, I have created a workspace for you. You can upload the screenshot via the following link. (Please choose "Send Files to Microsoft") https://sftasia.one.microsoft.com/choosetransfer.aspx?key=a4fbd1e7-d13f-4cc5-92ad-040b008ad7e5 Password is “4e@y{B[mbFah” (without quotations). Hope this helps. Thanks. Nicholas Li - MSFT
