Your words are true searched for support device serial number and appeared to me the following message:

"Your product is not supported for Windows 8.1 update program."

But maybe there is a solution later .. because some of the features in Windows does not work except in the upgrade to Windows 8.1 :(

Hi,

For issue like this, it's recommended to contact manufacture or keep an eye on the manfacture website for any new information.

Hi Adam

you better open new thread, because maybe your issue different from OP

share as details as information you got later, regarding spec, what TS you've done, dump file (bluescreen) or using Windows performance tools kit will help you to understand what is the real caused (disk usage)

try it at safe mode with networking, if same issue update your driver, if issue not persist at safe mode with networking maybe there is 3rd party software related to internet caused this issue, mostly downloaded software like torrent or security (antivirus) or firewall

Update your Wlan, LAN and Bluetooth driver to check

good luck

Hi. I have the same problem like You ! :/
I've just installed Win 8.1 on my Toshiba Satellite P750-10c.
The funny part is that when I plug in the Ethernet cable to my laptop. Disk Usage is rising to 100%, and a while later I have a BlueScreen. But when I turn on my laptop without the Internet connection it's ok. Disk usage is about 16% and I have no problems with the system.
Does someone knows whats is going on ?
