cant use system restore at all, computer can not read any .exe files whatsoever. using an acer Aspire5920 laptop. never had a problem till today, no matter what i do, IE and everything else will not open no matter the route i take, everything fails to open and nothing loads as well when computer reboots except battery, speaker and monitor icon with cloud. HOW CAN I FIX MY LAPTOP? system restore (rstrui.exe ) cannot be read is what i get when trying to open as well as all system32 files
