From your description, I consider the virus may not be removed completely. I suggest you try a free online virus scan on the following site:http://safety.live.com/ Meanwhile, if you need more help with virus-related issues, please contact Microsoft Product Support Services. For support within the United States and Canada, call toll-free (866) PCSAFETY (727-2338). Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (free version) found the virus MS Defendant and Super Anti-Spyware didn't, I can now use taskmgr and msconfig. Typing gpedit brings news it isn't on the system. I searched, it isn't. System Restore brings news only the administrator can allow it. I'm the administrator. What do I do when gpedit isn't there? How do I trick the system into letting me restart system restore?
