CLICKED ON ALL PROGRAMS, THEN ACCESSORIES, THEN SYSTEM TOOLS , THEN BACKUP AND THEN WHEN IT AM TO NAMING THE FILE IN e:recovery.bdf - IT DIDN'T ACCEPT IT
no matter what name i typed in it said the backup file name could not be used1 person needs an answerI do too
