system crashes on copying

I'm trying to copy a large amount of files (8TB of photos) across a network.  Its from an older PC to a new PC.  The new PC has the following stats:

i7 4770 CPU

32 GB RAM

RAID1 SSD 250GB HDD

RAID5 4x3TB HDD

Radeon R9 270 Graphic Card

GigaByte GA-Z87-D3HP Motherboard

onboard NIC 1G Intel

Everytime I select a folder from the remote PC to copy it'll crash.

The latest crash gave the following error:

The IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL bug check has a value of 0x0000000A.

0x0000000a(0x0000000048000a59,0x0000000000000002,0x000000000000001,0xfffff8022df1bd95)

Since this is a new PC, I've applied all updates from Windows updates and from the vendors sites for the components and it still crashes.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

could you please compress and attach the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump folder?

We do need the actual DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.
Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Hi,

The Dump file is necessary for us to identify the root cause.

Here is the information about this error message:

Bug Check 0xA: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff560129(v=vs.85).aspx

Regarding this error code, I suggest we try the memory diagnostic tool and disk checker to scan your system.

You can also increase the page file to see what's going on.
