As stated in your thread on answers.microsoft.com this trace contained no data. I suspect windows performance recorder was not configured correctly. You can run a WPR by configuring it as indicated in the below wiki
In order to diagnose your problem we need to run Windows performance toolkit the instructions for which can be found in this wikiIf you have any questions feel free to ask
