switching languages in windows 7 ultimate
my understanding is you can switch languages (not just the keyboard) in windows 7 ultimate? how do you actually do this? I know how to switch the keyboard, but i want to be able to run german programs on the computer as well as english programs. thanks

Install the language pack from Windows Update first. Then go into Control Panel > Region and Language > Keyboards and Languages.
