switching from the Admin user to another and the other is not able to use the double click feature on the mouse or to exit his user id after the admin user has logged in and gone off.

We have an issue where I am the admin user and my husband is the "other" when he goes on first he's fine but as soon as I use the computer and then log off and he goes back on he then is not able to double click on icons, (has to right click and hit run). If he wants to log off he has to use ctrl atl del and log off that way. this only happens when I've used my account. I tried setting him up a new account and that's the same. We were away and the house-sitter used it w/o permission and we came back to this problem.thanks1 person needs an answerI do too
