SiSApCom.dll appears to be related to some SIS utilities installed on your system. Consider using Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the SIS software ("Support Hot Key"?), and reinstall it. If you don't use that software, you could completely remove it, or disable it using Sysinternals Autoruns - run autoruns.exe and look for some relevant search item (support, hot, key, sisapcom). If it seems related to the problem, uncheck it and restart. See if that helps.
