Have had this promblems for months, first had to close the ads from popping up over my website, now I still get websites over what I was looking at, and still get booted off "send or report error"1 person needs an answerI do too

Hello, I have the messeage, saying send /don't send when I am shortly on line. I reset my Internet Explorer to deflaut settings. I run my "webroot" to sweep my computer all the time. It finds spycookies, which I quarantine I still get the generic host win 32 svcs. I've checked the add ons and it is not listed, think I just don't know what I am doing.
