Hello,
The stop code isn't really benefical, however the error message that you provided does have a TechNet article:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc957625.aspx
It appears that three main things can cause this issue:
1) Hardware
2) Antivirus
3) Drive corruption.
It could be something as simple as a bad RAM card that needs to be removed for your computer to boot normally (I have seen this a few times before). If you have added any new hardware, remove it. If you have not removed any hardware, remove one of your RAM
cards (hopefully you have at least two sticks in your computer). If removing one of the cards doesn't work (again, assuming you have two) switch the one in the computer for the one you took out and try again.
Lastly, if the above doesn't work. Attempt to run a check disk on your computer. Instructions on how to do so can be easily found several places online. I have only ever had to reinstall Windows on a computer due to this error once. All of the other times
it has been a bad stick of RAM in the computer. Let us know if that doesn't resolve your issue.

i've tried the check disk /f /r option, i've tried pulling out both sticks and putting a brand new stick of memory, i've tried the dell repair route and continually get the blue screen of death. i finally resolved to pulling the drive to attempt a scan and
i'm not seeing it via sata/usb. unfortunately someone has tons of data on this cpu and no back ups and i'm leaning toward the drive being bad. if i can't get to the data via one last attempt of docking her in another cpu im just gonna pass on the bad news.
i was just hoping or a lucky break that someone might have successfully found a fix that i hadn't tried or read on the forums. thanks for your assistance.
