can you restore your PC back to where it was normal but with the "fake virus" still there? if so do it after you download this fake virus removal program then run the program http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Remove-Fake-Antivirus.shtml goodluckPlease remember to flag a post that helps you as "answer" so that it may help others with same problems.

If you have safe mode with networking, try installing malwarebytes from http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html and run a scan. This should solve any fake AV things. Then we can move on to what ever problem is left.
