start up problems
on startup i get a folder called c:\windows\system32 that opens all my files which i have to close to see my start page

Known error on all Windows versions. Cause is an incomplete link in the Registry this will cause what you describe. Search for the path: c:\windows\system32 in the Registry and see which one is unfinished. If this was caused by a recent install/uninstall of a program or driver you can restore the computer to before this time and try again.
