Hi, I am Windows 8.1 user. In Start Screen to show all app with classic app sorting by name, Start Screen grouped up the apps by letter. However, I do not want that.

I have another computer installed Windows 8.1 also, but the apps haven't grouped up in Start Screen. How can I sorting all app by name in Start Screen without grouped up?

I have a small question, maybe it is not related with this issue, just want to make a confirmation, where are the 2 win 8.1 installed, both in desktop, laptop, surface, tablet? and the detailed version of the 2 win 8.1? Which one has the apps grouped up by letter, which one doesn't have?

another is on the laptop, it is Windows 8.1 OEM
