iam wth direct tv when i log into there handheld system---wls.rio.directv.com-then wireless it says open or save--then when i open it --it says windows cant open this file start.swe PLEASE can someone help me ( not great with computers so explain in detail )

My husband works for Direct TV and you can only use Internet Explorer to log into the handheld system. We tried Mozilla and Google chrome neither will work. Good luck hope this helps.
