i was trying to use sound recorder to test a mic and it came up with a error message after pressing record and then stop it said, sound recorder-not enough memory available to complete this operation. quit one or more applications to increase available memory, and then try again. this issue came out of nowhere since it never had this problem before. it is a brand new computer that ive built from the bottom up and i have 4gb of memory. only a little over 2 is actually identified by windows xp though. ive looked at the task manager and it says i have 2 gb free so i dont know what to do1 person needs an answerI do too
