hello everyone,

recently i face this problem two times and not this is a continuous problem,media which is saved in my laptop is not able to give sound means whenever i try to play some music from my downloaded files its gives only sound cutoff othewise sound is working fine on YouTube as well as notification sound in my laptop but media is not audible from downloaded file.i tried everything like driver update or changing player software but no solution please help me,

Hi,

According to your description, this should be music file itself problem. Firstly, please check if the music file could play on other device or Windows system.

Thirdly, this can also be decoder problem, please also try to use other media player for test.
