windows 8 app  like store, maps, messaging are not working after joining domain, where as they are working fine on local account.

For the issue,did you have policies applied for your firewall or windows update?

I suggest you check the Windows fireware and Windows update, please ensure that they are enable.

Also, make sure that you UAC is enable.

If it doesn't work, please navigate the domain user's App Data directory and add read/write permissions for the ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES local group.
