Wether on line or offline, ie if I press start the screen will slowly open and if I close start it will slowly close, sometimes other times it is instantaneous. Other times a window will only partially open, then another part and another until entire window is open. I run a virus, spyware scan everyday, defrag once a week and disk clean two or three times a day.1 person needs an answerI do too
