Is the issue happening on this particular machine or on all Windows 7? Also instead of disabling the Antivirus unistall it and then try. Try a diffrent browswer and see. Check with your ISP and see if there is any issue at thier end or not?

Hi, Please try the following: 1. Run the following commands one by one in an elevated command prompt in Windows 7: netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disabled 2. Disable SNP in Windows 7 by setting Registry as following: Note: Please perform a full-system backup and backup your Registry first. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters] EnableTCPChimney=dword:00000000 EnableTCPA=dword:00000000 EnableRSS=dword:00000000 Note: if the keys don’t exist, please create them first. In addation, please try to connect to another network and test the speed. Let me know if it work properly.
