slow internet after Octobers updates
one of our users is reporting slow internet speeds after Octobers updates. It seems to be stopping in the middle of loading pages. I tried different browsers and profiles but that doesn't change anything

Hi,
Can you provide the screenshot about "Ping"?
Open the CMD and trpe ping www.google.com, then copy the results and paste at here.
