slow internet
I have a wifi router which is worked well with 4G, LTE facilities. After purchasing my new Hp pavilion 15 laptop I found internet speed was quite good. video streaming and download speed was quite well. But about one week I found my internet speed is very slow while I found no problem with the router in other device. What can I do now? please anybody help me.

Do you have any other devices on your network? If so, do they run as slow as your laptop? Or is the issue isolated to your laptop?

If the issue is isolated to the laptop, try booting into safe mode (with networking) to see if your speed increases, if it does then we know there is some program running that is taking up all your bandwidth. From there we can look at processes to determine which is hogging it all.

I look forward to hearing your results.

Please download the app>run it>upload the output file to onedrive or any other file sharing service  http://1drv.ms/1FGQ0lU
Please type each of these into an elevated command prompt after you have run the above and saved the file

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /registerdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

NETSH winsock reset catalog

NETSH int ipv4 reset reset.log

NETSH int ipv6 reset reset.log

Exit

Hi Md,

Its hard to say because the quality of 4g connection might be not stable depending on location, network traffic, time period or how many people are demanding data from that given tower, even all this in good 4g signal with at least 4 bars.

Also some ISP has policy about data flow restrictions, it will speed you down when you reach the line and back to the top next month.

So we suggest try in different location or time period on different devices first.
