I can not shut down my pc. when i go to log off i hit the log off sign but nothing happens. it wont do anything. 2 people need an answerI do too

seems that some applicaiton is preventing you from loggin off or turning off your pc, open the task manager and see if there is any app which is not responding, try closing that and then try to shut downi will not recommend holding the power button for 5 secs as it can lead to OS crash or even worse HDD crash.Shantanu Mishra
