shared printer not accessible by some computers
OK, I just replaced a printer and shared it like I have in the past. I was able to install it on all but 3 computers. 2 of them, it worked, but then stopped working. So I deleted it on one and reinstalled, but was no longer able to browse it. I was able to find it through the search option with the computers. It installed fine then. The 2nd, I tried the same thing and it does not show up under that computer. If I try the regular browse- it is in the list but if I select it- it says either the name is wrong (I browsed so I didn't type it in) or it is no longer connected. The 3rd computer the printer is not in the browse list of network printers and if I try the other route through the computer it is not available either. Any ideas why? I have checked the username and it has admin rights on all the computers.1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi amontanye, Thanks for posting. If possible on the third computer can you install the driver locally and see if you can connect to the printer after that? Also what operating systems are you using on all the computers? Thanks!
